All prices will be billed in USD, as shown in the commission info.

All payments are made with PayPal invoice.

Payment must be made in 48 hours after I send an invoice.

I will start working on commission after full payment.

Fixed prices are not changeable and must be paid in full.

Prices displayed in a certain range depend on the complexity of the commissioned piece.

All prices below 250 USD are to be paid upfront. Partial payment is available for the commissions priced above 250 USD the terms of with will be discussed with client.

Full refund is available when no work has been done on a commission, the payment has not been made yet or if I cancel the commision for personal reasons. If a commission is partially finished the refund will be equal to the progress made in a piece.

Delay with payment without further communication with me gives you a warning. Three warnings resolve a block from future auctions/commissions.

Requesting a piece to be done on a tight deadline will result in an additional cost which will be discussed with the client.

Complex designs (e.g. detailed armor, candy gore) will result in an additional cost which will be discussed with the client beforehand.

The commission should take no longer than 3 months to finish.

Sketch wip is usually sent by default to the Client to approve, further wips are sent when requested or when I encounter things I need to discuss.

Drastic changes are reserved only to the sketch phase, after that only small ones can be applied to the commission.

I can decline working on a commission if it’s not something I'm comfortable with drawing. This mostly includes depiction of any sexual acts and any kinds of fetishes. I'm okay with drawing body horror, armours, violence, gore/candy gore and detailed clothing.

I can work with photo/description references of clothes /equipment /background.

Please provide a visual reference of a character. I won't work with written references.

After I reply to the winner, they have 48h to contact me and pay. If this condition is not meet, YCH goes to the other highest bidder. If there are no other bidders, I will repost the YCH. Same goes with adopt auctions.

I will send you a reference with full resolution after full payment (with or without background).

After you buy the design you can use it for whatever various personal projects you'd like and you are free to change what you want, like race, gender, etc. (the files you are gonna get are of course the original version of the character, as seen on the preview image). Commercial use is forbidden.

You can trade/gift them to someone else.

You can resell the character later but if it does not come with extra art then you can't sell it not for more money than you have bought them for.

Credit me the first time you post the design and when you decide to sell it.

You can't claim the design as made by you.

By default commissions are meant for personal use only.

Non-Commercial uses such as uploading the finished commission to Clients social media with the credit to the artist are permitted.

The client cannot generate any kind of income from commissioned work unless it was ordered for commercial use.

The commercial use fee costs an additional 100% of the commission price.

All rights to the finished piece remain with the artist.
